DefianceFit is for every body no matter what your gym experience or life experience all are welcome in our gym. Our coaches will work with you to achieve your version of fitness, whether it's being able to move better, play with your kids or keep moving well as you get older, DefianceFit can help you.

DefianceFit's Workout for the Day is our 60 minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety of functional movements everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new.

You will receive world class programming and benefit from our coaches extensive knowledge to build your own fitness and nutrition education. Our goal is to give you the skills and confidence to build your overall wellness throughout your lifetime.

Each DefianceFit Workout of the Day class will include a warm-up followed by either a strength or skill focus and/or workout or an endurance workout. By covering strength, gymnastics and endurance, you’ll receive a training programme that will help you progress and learn new skills.
