It is designed to improve your capability at the 10 physical skills; Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina, Speed, Power, Accuracy, Agility, Balance and Coordination Its programme delivers a fitness that by design is broad, general and inclusive.

Our expert coaches are available to hire for private sessions to help you meet your goal.

At DefianceFit, we offer more to help our members meet their goals. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with athletes to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a CrossFit-based coach. As a result, they see big improvements in overall health, agility, strength, mobility, and endurance.
