As we all still try and find the best times to get our daily fitness fix in, we are always looking at ways that we can best accommodate everyone and give you more options with times and classes as well as some additional Open gym time.
From Monday 5th October there will be a few minor adjustments to the evening timetable.
All morning and lunchtime classes will remain the same with no change.

Please remember that you must book into all classes and all Open gym times as well as scanning the QR code with the NHS Covid-19 Test and trace App (if you have it)
Also just a polite reminder about no shows and late cancels. We all have things that pop up or don't allow us to always get to the classes we wanted to attend but please be courteous to your fellow members and give others an opportunity to book in. 2 hours prior to class is plenty of time to unregister.
