What are our workouts like?

Will the workouts be too intense for me?

Not at all! Workouts are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. Our coaches will guide you on modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Will I get hurt?

Safety is our priority. Our coaches will teach you proper form to minimise the risk of injury.

I'm not in great shape. Can I still do the workouts?

Absolutely! Our programs are for everyone. We welcome people of all fitness backgrounds and abilities.

Do I need to be able to lift heavy weights?

Nope, all our workouts are scalable. You'll use lighter weights or modified exercises to build strength gradually.

What if I can't do a certain exercise?

No worries! Our coaches will offer modifications or progressions for each movement, allowing you to participate safely and effectively at your current fitness level.

Will I be sore after my first workout?

It's common to experience some muscle soreness after your first few sessions. This is a sign your body is adapting and getting stronger. Proper stretching and recovery will help minimise soreness.

How often should I do a workout?

The frequency depends on your individual goals and fitness level. Most beginners start with 2-3 workouts per week, with rest days for recovery. Talk to a coach to create a personalised plan.

What are the long-term benefits of functional fitness?

Functional fitness improves strength, endurance, mobility, and body composition. It can also help with weight loss and improve overall health and well-being.

Can functional fitness help me lose weight?

For sure. The combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning in our workouts burns calories and promotes weight loss. Remember, a healthy diet is also crucial for weight management and our dedicated nutrition coaches can help and guide you on your weight loss journey.
