For the past 4 weeks we have been participating in the #800gchallenge and seeing how a focused approach to eating more fruits and vegetables and whole foods has helped with our overall health and fitness.
Fitter, healthier, feeling better, having more energy who doesn't want that?
Just because the challenge is over doesn't mean we stop there, hopefully we all continue to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and continue to make positive steps to a healthier lifestyle.
